Tenor is a young talented Rapper with real names Mengoumou Ayia Thiery born on the 11th of April 1998 in Yaoundé. He attended primary school in Yaoundé and after some years he left for Bertoua and later on relocated to Yaoundé. He started his music at the age of 16 in 2014 with a freestyle titled "Camerounaisse" and released his first single in 2015 titled "Alelouyah" and in 2016 he joined the record label "War Machine" and released his hit song "Do le dap" which went viral nationally and internationally and for that he was nominated for the prestigious "Canal d'or" Award. He has been signed in the following record labels "War Machine, Universal Music Africa and now Def jam"
Achievements
Tenor featured the Late legend "DJ AFARAT" ivorian strong group "Kiff No beat" in 2017 and he was nominated for three different awards same year and he brought home all three awards
