About
Charlotte Dipanda goes by is her real name and was born in Yaoundé in the year 1985. She is an Afropop singer who plays mostly acoustic and her lyrics is French, started her music career in 2001. After releasing a record with a guitarist in 2002 titled Ndando, she was spotted by a Congolesse and worked with "Papa Wemba" she has provided background vocals for some legends in the music scene like Manu Dibango, Rokia Traore. Dipanda dropped her first solo album in 2008. Charlote Dipanda was one of the judges at the prestigious show valled "The voice Afrique francophone" she grabbed two awards at the Balafon Music Award in 2018.
Achievements
Apart from music Charlote is now a couple buisnesses owner in France and has some of the best selling albums. After dropping her first album in 2008 "Mispa", she came up another album in 2011 titled "Dube I'm" which featured music legend Manu Dibango composed of 14 tracks, 2015 she dropped a massive album titled "Massa" in 2018 another album came up "Un jour dans ma vie" with 9 tracks and featured Nigerian superstar Yemi Alade. She is multi award winning artist coming back home with 2 awards at the Balafon Music Awards.
